If you buy one 88 x 31 banner, you will be placed in the best position on the level you have purchased. You will also receive a top placement text link on our Sponsors page as well.

The banner ads posted in the flash game "Be the Monkey" will remain with the game indefinitely. The game will remain up at Bannergame.com for a minimum of 5 years from the date your banner(s) is/are purchased.

The Monkey banners above are an example of a banner 'cluster' that you can purchase. You can do this by purchasing more than one banner at a time and we will make a collage of banners on the level you purchase.

There are 100 banners per level of "Be the Monkey" for a total of 600 banners available. Once these banners are all purchased, the game will be full, and no more banners can be purchased. The 600 banners will remain with the game indefinitely.

BONUS: For those advertisers who first buy banners in the flash game "Be the Monkey", they may be positioned in all 6 levels of the game. In other words, until the game banners are all purchased, you could be positioned at more banner spaces than the just the level you purchased.

COST BREAKDOWN: At $50 per 88 x 31 banner, you are buying adspace on Bannergame.com and "Be the Monkey" for only .83/month. That is 83 cents a month. And that is only figured at the minimum of 5 years. That is a ridiculously low price to be positioned inside a flash game and be one of only 600 banner spots.

Terms and Conditions

• The minimum single banner ad purchase is $50 (1) 88 x 31 Level 6 banner ad, and the maximum single banner ad purchase is $1500 (1) 88 x 31 Level 1 banner ad.
• There are 100 banners available at each level. (Once 100 banners are sold at $50, for example, there will be no more $50 banners available.)
• When you 'buy' Banner Ads from Bannergame.com, you will not 'own' any part of the website or the flash game "Be the Monkey", but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published inside "Be the Monkey" in the respective space you have paid for
• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want in the game, which will be there for at least 5 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
• If your image and link are accepted and published in the game, you cannot get a refund
• The website and flash game "Be the Monkey" will be online for at least 5 years (starting from the day the last banner is purchased).
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and it will appropriate content will be decided by the staff at Bannergame.com.. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your banner space.
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the "Be the Monkey" or Bannergame.com, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again
• Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 1 Banner = 88 x 31).
• If you would like to buy a collage of multiple banners together, we will need a good resolution image and can break the image down into a group of 88x31 banners. Allow 24-72 hours for these ads to go live.
• Specific banner positioning on a particular level will not be guaranteed. We will place your banner at the best possible location on a first come, first serve basis.
• Once all 600 banners are purchased, the banners in the game will remain in place and the game will be locked indefinitely.
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
• Images must NOT be animated.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
• Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your banner go live on the homepage
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we will try and keep these to a minimum
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in our PayPal or bank account), We will aim to get your banner online within 24-48 hrs. For one 88 x 31 ad, your ad will likely go live much sooner.
